Imagine being the fast one in your group of friends or attacking in a race rather just trying to hang on. You don’t have to ride at the back of the pack any longer.
Unlike fitness fads that promise results that are too good to be true, our system works if you are willing to be consistent and put the effort in. The Speed Factory system came about in a very simple way. I wanted to be faster and mother nature didn’t give me the good genetics so I had to find out how maximize my potential. Through research and experimentation we’ve been able to isolate what workouts and structure gives you the bulk of your progress. We then build your program around the workouts that give you the most bang for the buck and cut out the ones that give minimal progress leaving more time for recovery. While this may seem overly simple, it works.
Using a combination of our cycling workouts, SpeedFactory crosstraining workouts and flexibility training you improve all areas of your cycling fitness. As well we evaluate your diet and offer suggestions to modify it so you can see big changes without having to make unrealistic lifestyle changes that won’t stick.
We make it as simple as possible to implement. It starts with a fitness test to measure your current fitness. Your program is then laid out for 4 weeks based on your current fitness, training goals and schedule. Each workout is planned so all you have to do is do the work. You can come into our training center as often as you like or do the workouts on your own. We monitor your progress and modify as needed to maximize the gains you get over the course of the 4 weeks. At the end of the training block, we test again to measure your progress and set your training zones for the next block.
Even if you have as little as 3 hours per week, you can make huge improvements as long you are prepared to sweat.
Coaching and Fitness Services
Monthly Coaching (3 month minimum)

Includes monthly program planning, indoor training bootcamps, fitness testing, nutritional consultation and ongoing tracking.
Power-based fitness testing (Power and heartrate zones calculated from results)
$35 per session
Recommended every 4-6 weeks to track progress and have accurate zones to train with. Included Free with monthly coaching package
